The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
What is the Patient Participation Group?
A group of patients who volunteer to work with their GP Practice to improve the services to patients, and to provide the patients’ perspective.
What do they do?
They work with the Practice in order to identify priorities for our patients, and contribute to ideas for any improvements.
Why do they do it?
To help the Practice meet all the needs of the patients, by speaking out for them.

When and where do meetings take place?
Meetings will normally take place quarterly. It is usually anytime between 12.00pm-1.00pm in the Treatment Room at Inspire Medical Centre.
